Delivery dates displayed are estimates and subject to occasional update. While the vast majority of our shipments arrive on the date indicated, please allow +/- 1 day for delivery. Fresh Guarantee: we only want you eating cool, fresh food. So all Gardencup shipments are insulated for up to 2-3 days in transit after carrier origin scan when average outside temps are above 75 degrees, and up to 3-4 days when below. We only ship 1-2 day service, but if your pack ends up in transit with the delivery carrier for 3+ days and arrives warm (the food is perished if the ice packs are fully liquidated with no solid left), it’s 100% covered by our Fresh Guarantee.
