Soup's Back! And It Brought the Whole Fall Menu With It
It’s getting darker earlier, school and work schedules are back in full-swing, and somewhere around 6:30 in the evening, dinner becomes a question nobody wants to answer.

October 2 is our answer. We had pasta arrive in August and bowls took September. Now the menu turns warm. Three soups, two hearty fall cups, and a brand-new category of little somethings for snacking and dessert.
The Soups Are Back!
White Chicken Chili
![]() |
The requests never stopped. Truly. So we brought it back again. Chicken breast and cannellini beans simmered in our house-made chicken stock with Hatch green chiles, tomatillos, and jalapeño, finished the right way with mozzarella, sour cream, and fresh cilantro. |
The Macros: 350 Calories | 30g Protein | 16g Fat | 21g Carbs | 7g Fiber | 0g Added Sugar
An excellent source of calcium and iron, seed-oil-free, and made without gluten-containing ingredients. A fan favorite, back for fall.
Butternut Squash Soup
| Silky butternut squash blended with coconut milk, roasted carrots, garlic, ginger, and a touch of maple. Wildly creamy, and there’s not a drop of dairy anywhere in it. | ![]() |
The Macros: 180 Calories | 2g Protein | 9g Fat | 30g Carbs | 3g Fiber
Vegan. Seed-oil-free. Two full servings of vegetables in one warm little cup. At 180 calories, it was born to sit next to any salad in your pack. That’s the fall lunch, solved.
Classic Beef Chili
![]() |
Forget the can. This one is built from scratch with ground Angus beef and kidney beans with fire-roasted tomatoes, poblanos, and Hatch green chiles in a house-made roasted tomato consommé. Then the quiet move that makes it taste like it simmered all afternoon: a dusting of coffee powder, drawing out the deep savory richness the beef and tomatoes already carry. |
The Macros: 450 Calories | 30g Protein | 24g Fat | 29g Carbs | 8g Fiber
Our chili is made without dairy and without the top-9 allergen-containing ingredients. Seed-oil-free. And it has a soulmate waiting two sections down.
The Hearty Cups
Roasted Chicken + Hot Maple Brussels
| This is the “after-a-long-day meal.” Roasted chicken breast over hot maple Brussels sprouts, stacked on kale, spinach, arugula, and red cabbage with roasted carrots, goat cheese, and a toasted walnut date topping. House-made balsamic vinaigrette pulls it all together with sweet, spicy, tangy, savory in every bite. | ![]() |
The Macros: 570 Calories | 35g Protein | 37g Fat | 30g Carbs | 7g Fiber
Three full servings of vegetables. 35% of your daily iron. Seed-oil-free and made without gluten-containing ingredients. Fair warning about that maple glaze: it has flipped every sprout skeptic who’s tried it.
Roasted Veggies + Farro
![]() |
Plant-forward, and generous about it. Regenerative Organic Certified farro cooked in our own vegetable stock, layered with roasted butternut squash, roasted carrots, spinach, and arugula, then finished with goat cheese, toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds, and a bright honey lemon Dijon dressing. |
The Macros: 620 Calories | 20g Protein | 41g Fat | 51g Carbs | 10g Fiber
Ten grams of fiber which is 36% of your daily value, plus an excellent source of iron. Fully vegetarian. However, farro is a variety of wheat so this item is made with gluten-containing ingredients.
Meet the Bites
| This is a whole new format for us. Bites are smaller cups made for pairing, snacking, and the moment after dinner when you want a little something. Each container holds 2 servings. | ![]() |
Cornbread Bites
This is our chili’s other half. Real buttermilk, yellow cornmeal, oat flour, and avocado ghee, sweetened with honey and maple syrup. Made without gluten-containing ingredients. 260 calories per serving.
Brownie Bites
Fudgy, grain-free, and sneakily functional. Almond flour, Greek yogurt, dark chocolate chips, and organic coconut sugar add up to 10 grams of protein and 8 grams of fiber in a 320-calorie serving. Our brownie bites are a dessert that pulls its weight.
Pumpkin Pecan Cake Bites
This is our seasonal sweet hero. Real pumpkin, pecans, dark chocolate chips, and warming pumpkin pie spice in a grain-free, dairy-free cake bite. 410 calories per serving, and precisely what 3 PM has been missing all year.
Your Warmest Week Yet
Picture this: butternut squash soup beside your salad at lunch. Hot Maple Brussels when you want dinner to feel like dinner. Cornbread Bites standing by for chili night, and Pumpkin Pecan Cake Bites closing out the evening. No prep, no pans, no cleanup. A warm meal is 30 seconds away, and one box stocks the whole week.
