Gardencups are fresh, ready to eat salads with dressing and toppings separately packaged within the cup. Open the cup, pour in your dressing and toppings, shake to mix, and enjoy!
Shipping
Every Gardencup is made fresh the very same day it ships out to you. That way, your salads are crisp and fresh for about a week after they grace your doorstep. No prepwork needed upon arrival!
Fresh Guarantee
Sometimes ship happens, aka shipping delays :) but don't worry, we got you. All Gardencup shipments are insulated for up to 2-3 days in transit after carrier origin scan when average outside temps are above 75 degrees, and up to 3-4 days when below.
While we only ship 1-2 day service, if your pack ends up in transit with the delivery carrier for 3+ days and arrives warm (the ice packs are fully liquidated with no solid left), it’s 100% covered by our Fresh Guarantee. Just snap a pic of the cups and liquidated ice packs on the delivery day and send to our customer service team via live chat or email YourFriends@gardencup.com. Please note: Fresh Guarantee claims must be submitted within 24 hours of order delivery.
